St. Martin Online Services has partnered with Travel Guard Insurance. Travel Guard is a third party insurance provider who offers the CDW (Collission Damage Waiver). There are 2 different options you can choose from; either $7.00/day which would provide $10,000 worth of coverage, or $9.00/day would provdide $35,000 worth of coverage. Both have a dedcutible of $250.00. There is a one time $3.00 processing fee additional added to the total.

Rental Car Collision Damage Waiver Benefit - comprehensive up to $25,000! Comprehensive Collision Damage Benefit: Covers cost of repairs for collision or comprehensive damage to a rental car, up to the limit of coverage, for which the car rental contract holds you responsible. Not covered are obligations you assume under any agreement or acting in violation of your car rental agreement.

Q. What does the CDW cover?
A. The CDW through Travelguard covers the rented vehicle for collison, vandalism, fire, windstorm & hail. It does NOT cover liability. Additional insurance, if required, may need to be purchased with the car rental agency directly. Please contact the car rental agency directly for their terms.

Q. Are my personal items in the car covered if they are stolen?
A. No. Coverage is only for the rental car.

Q. How do I file a claim?
A. Report all claims immediately by calling Traveguard directly at 1-800-826-4919. Please be sure to report all accidents to the local police and save copies of the police reports and all receipts.

Q. My car rental company says I can only purchase coverage through them.
A. Relax. Don't feel pressured into buying coverage from car rental companies. If a car rental company refuses to allow you to use this coverage, please feel free to have them contact Travelguard for verification. The contact number is
